    Thank you for shopping with us. Because our catalog includes a unique mix of custom keepsakes, fresh/delicate items, and raw organic skincare, our return and refund policies vary by product category. Please read the specific rules below before initiating a return.

    1. Policies by Product Category

    • Skincare Products: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, skincare items must be completely unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

      • Product Care Disclaimer: Because our skincare products are handmade in small batches using unprocessed, unrefined organic ingredients, they require gentle care. To maintain product integrity, customers must:

          • Store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

          • Avoid exposing products to high heat or extreme temperature fluctuations.

          • Use clean, dry hands or clean cosmetic tools to prevent introducing bacteria into the containers.

      • Liability Limitation: Beauty Decorlicious and Home LLC is not responsible for product spoilage, melting, or degradation caused by improper storage, bacterial contamination, or failure to follow these care instructions after delivery.

    • Floral Arrangements & Jewelry: 

      • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days (2 weeks) of the delivery date.

      • Condition: Items must be completely unused, unaltered, and returned in their original, secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

    • Keepsakes (Customized Items): All sales of Keepsake items are final. 

      • Customization Policy: All customized and personalized Keepsakes are made to order according to your exact specifications and instructions.

      • Non-Returnable Status: Because these items are uniquely personalized, all Keepsake sales are final. We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

    2. Damaged Deliveries

    We take great care in packaging your items. However, if your package arrives with visible physical damage:

    • Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are required to inspect all packages immediately upon arrival.

    • Refusal of Delivery: If a package arrives with visible, severe transit damage, the customer must refuse delivery from the carrier.

    • Reporting Window: If damage is discovered after opening, the customer must contact us at sales@beautydecorlicious.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof of both the shipment packaging and the damaged item so we can file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement.

    3. How to Start a Return

    Please email our support team at Sales@beautydecorlicious.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Do not ship items back to us without receiving prior written approval.

    Return Logistics & Costs

        Shipping Fees for Returns

         We handle return shipping fees based on the reason for the return:

    • Errors Made by Our Boutique (Our Responsibility): If we made a mistake with your order—such as sending the incorrect item, wrong size, or a mistaken customization—we will gladly cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will email you a prepaid shipping label to print out and use.

    • Customer-Initiated Returns or Mistakes (Your Responsibility): If you decide to return a qualified item due to a change of mind, personal preference, or a mistake made during ordering, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying all return shipping fees.

    • Original Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the artisan team inspects the returned items to verify, they meet the condition criteria.

    4. Legal Disputes and Jurisdiction

    As outlined in our Terms and Conditions, any disputes, legal claims, or lawsuits regarding refunds, product quality, or order fulfillment shall be governed strictly by the laws of the State of Texas and must be resolved exclusively in the local county courts of Collin County, Texas.
