      Skincare Products: You may return skincare items within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

      Floral Arrangements & Jewelry: Returns are accepted if the items are sent back in their original, undamaged packaging.

      Keepsakes (Customized Items): Because these items are fully personalized and custom-made for you, all Keepsake sales are final. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom items.

    • While some of our products are vegan-friendly, not all of them are. We label our vegan products accordingly, so be sure to check the product descriptions for more information.

    • Our faux botanicals are designed for indoor enjoyment and are best kept away from direct sunlight to maximize their lifespan and prevent fading. To keep them looking fresh and vibrant, simply dust them lightly with a soft cloth or a feather duster as needed!

    • Our skincare is crafted with raw, unprocessed, and unrefined organic ingredients, making it highly potent but delicate. To maximize shelf life and prevent bacteria growth, always store your products in a cool environment and only handle them with clean hands.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@beautydecorlicious.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide instructions or email your prepaid return code if the return is due to our error.

    • If your package shows obvious damage upon arrival, do not accept the delivery. Refuse the package from the carrier so it is automatically sent back to us. Please contact our support team immediately after refusing the delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

    • We strive to process orders as quickly as possible, so we recommend contacting us immediately on the same day of purchase if you need to cancel or modify your order. Because our products are freshly made to order, we cannot make any changes or cancellations once an order has been shipped.
